What counts as an email?
One accepted message to one recipient — marketing or transactional, they draw from the same pool. Bounces and suppressed addresses are not billed.
What happens if I go over?
Sending continues and overage is billed per thousand at your plan rate. We alert you at 80% so nothing is a surprise.
Can I bring my own IP reputation?
On Sovereign, yes. We map your existing dedicated IPs and preserve the warm-up curve rather than restarting it.
Is there a contract?
Launch and Empire are month to month, cancel in the dashboard. Sovereign is an annual commitment with quarterly true-up.
